Whether you prefer writing, messaging or speaking, you can contact me in the way that feels most comfortable. I offer counselling from Seaham and support clients across County Durham, including Peterlee, Sunderland and surrounding areas — all online or through text‑based communication.

I also offer a 30 minute FREE introductory session.

You can also pop in to Wellness Works Community Hub CIC, Tempest Road, Seaham, SR7 7AY, if I'm not with a client I'll be happy to speak to you or staff can give you more information.
